Welcome to LandsApp. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Use of Services
LandsApp provides digital access to land-related services including applications, searches, approvals, and certificate requests. You must use these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
Guests and subscribers are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments for services are processed securely via Remita. All fees are displayed before confirmation. Except where explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable once processing begins.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide (including supporting documents) is accurate and complete. The Ministry of Lands reserves the right to reject applications with false or misleading information.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through LandsApp is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure continuous access, LandsApp may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
LandsApp and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Official land records remain under the custody of the Ministry of Lands.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
